Colombia's NEPENTE has sign a deal with Singapore independent record label, Sonic Blast Media, to release their sophomore album, SUFFERING IS THE SEED, on 15th February 2013 via CD worldwide.
 
Nepente is a Death-Black Metal band founded in Manizales, Colombia in 2002. In 2005, Nepente released an Ep, ASCENSION, which was followed by brief tour of Colombia to promote the release. ASCENSION was also included in several radio stations' playlist in Colombia, United States, Spain, Argentina and Mexico.

India's one-man vedic/black metal band, PURVAJA's, is all set to release its debut EP entitled 'DARK GODDESS DIVINE', worldwide on 01st March 2013 through Sonic Blast Media.
 
Formed in 2011 by founder, Rahul Das, Purvaja (meaning: Primordial) is a one man vedic/black metal act hailing from Hyderabad, India. With influences spawning from various genres of Black metal and Vedic metal music, Purvaja combines elements of Vedic culture, Hindu Philosophy, Mythology and other related theologies into its lyrical theme whilst incorporating a the raw black metal style infused with Indian classical influenced guitar work/drum patterns; to evoke the essence of 'what our ancestors have left behind for us which is slowly becoming oblivion in this modern world.' This is the mission of Purvaja.

13 Jan 2013 marks the release of Zushakon's full length album via Singapore independent label, Sonic Blast Media. 

 

Formed in 2006 by Kyng Hades Almighty (Vocals & Lyrics) and Armaros (Guitars, Bass, Drums and Compositions), Zushakon unleashed a seminal blend of Black/ Death Metal to the 'safe and sterile' music scene of Singapore. Zushakon cites their influences by MAYHEM, BATHORY, DARKTHRONE etc. Formed in 2006 by Kyng Hadesalmighty (Vocals & Lyrics) and Armaros (Guitars, Bass, Drums and Compositions), Zushakon unleashed a seminal blend of Black/ Death Metal to the 'safe and sterile' music scene of Singapore.
